Terms of play

These are the short, friendly terms for using WhatsPlay.

The service

WhatsPlay offers free daily word games played through WhatsApp. We may change, pause or stop the games at any time. Puzzles are for personal entertainment.

Independence

WhatsPlay is an independent product. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Fair play

One scored attempt per puzzle per player. Please don't try to break the service, extract puzzle answers ahead of time, or send messages that are abusive to the people who run it. We may block numbers that do.

Messaging

We reply to messages you send. We will only ever send you a message first if you have explicitly opted in to reminders, and you can stop that at any time by replying STOP. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

Content

Puzzle content is original to WhatsPlay. You may share your results and challenge links freely.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
